How to Install an APK on Your Meta Quest Headset

Hi everyone! If you're having difficulty adding the .apk file to your Meta Quest headset, or you're not sure how to install an APK, you can use SideQuest.

How to install the APK using SideQuest

1. Download and install SideQuest on your computer.
2. Connect your Meta Quest headset to your computer using a USB-C cable.
3. Put on the headset and accept the USB Debugging permission when prompted.
4. Open SideQuest and make sure your headset is detected.
5. Click “Install APK file from folder on computer” in SideQuest.
6. Select the .apk file you want to install and wait for the installation to complete.
7. On your Meta Quest, go to Apps → Unknown Sources to find and launch the installed app.
